If you are looking for a very effective whitening scrub, why not try this recipe and thank me later.
INGREDIENTS: In a mixing bowl add
1 cup spa milk salt
1/2tbsp 7.5ml turmeric powder
1tbsp egg yolk powder
1tbsp rice powder
1/2tbsp snow white powder
1/2tbsp sepi white powder
Mix them together
In a separate bowl mix 1tbsp Filipino powder and 1tbsp Filipino solution together and add it to your salt mixture.
Now start adding your liquid ingredients
1tbsp snow white oil
1tbsp raw Egyptian oil
1tbsp body white oil
1tbsp oats smooth whitening water
1/2tbsp vitamin c oil
1/2tbsp glycolic acid
2.5ml tsp propylene glycol
Mix these ingredients together and store in a dry clean jar.
Use twice a week
